What Is a Leadership Position?

At Pathway to Purpose, a leadership position means being part of the core team that helps our mission grow. Leaders take on focused roles — from managing resources to running outreach — while constantly collaborating to keep everything running smoothly.

As a leader, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Attending bi-weekly board meetings

  • Communicating regularly with team members

  • Following through on your projects and deadlines

  • Supporting our volunteer community with clarity and compassion
