As a volunteer tutor or mentor, you’ll guide English language learners toward confidence, clarity, and self-expression—all while learning from their stories and perspectives. Before you begin, you’ll take part in a short interview and complete our Pathway to Purpose Training Program, designed to equip you with the tools and insights needed to teach effectively, communicate across cultures, and represent our organization with professionalism and care.
