Pathway to Purpose is proud to partner with ENGin, an international nonprofit organization that connects English-speaking volunteers with students in Ukraine for weekly conversation practice and mentorship.

This partnership is built around a simple but powerful idea: people learn language best through real human connection.

Through weekly one-on-one conversations, students strengthen their English communication skills in supportive, low-pressure environments while volunteers build meaningful cross-cultural friendships and leadership experience.

Rather than focusing only on memorization or formal instruction, the program emphasizes:

Volunteers commit to one hour of conversation each week and participate in monthly Pathway to Purpose check-ins designed to support engagement, reflection, and community building.
